Refund Policy

Training Courses

You can request a refund by emailing sales@cirrusresearch.com

Please use the email subject title “Request for training refund”

In order to process your refund. We will need to know the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Company name (if applicable)
  3. Billing address
  4. Course name
  5. Reason for refund.

Please note the following exceptions:

  • It is not Cirrus Research’s policy to provide refunds if you have already started or completed your course.
  • Our refund policy lasts for 30 days or until you have started the course, whichever is the sooner. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Late or missing refunds

If you have asked for a refund but have not received it within 30 days, please email finance@cirrusresearch.com with the subject line “Missing training refund” and details of your request.
