This 1-hour course has been designed to help you get the best from your Optimus Sound Level Meter and to help you understand how it works. You will get to know how to get the most out of this piece of equipment so that you can measure and monitor noise levels in the environment of your choice.

About your Tutor, Craig Storey
Craig Storey has a Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering and a post-graduate Diploma in Acoustics. He has worked in computing for a large multinational for 17 years plus, then in the acoustic field for 10 years with Cirrus Research. Craig is the Business Development team manager responsible for the environmental noise solutions and technical projects; he looks at customer issues with noise and offers bespoke solutions ranging from noise assessments to permanently installed noise monitoring systems – and everything in-between. Craig has experience in many business sectors from Aviation to Mining to Logistics to General Manufacturing.
